Q: What is the time zone for charts in MetaTrader 4 platform?

A: The time zone for charts in MT4 platform is set to GMT +2, but there are indicators to change that which you can find by visiting MQL4.com.

 

Q: When is the daily resetting time for MetaTrader 5 platform servers?

A: As part of the day-to-day management process of MT5platform, servers are daily reset at 01:50 GMT.

 

Q: Why doesn’t my platform download the latest updates?

A: The reason for this is usually due to problems with the operating system you are using. If you’re using Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 you need to make sure that the platform is set to Run as Administrator, to do so, right click on the platform icon, and choose Properties, then click on Compatibility tab and then choose Run as Administrator.
